Before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m.: unavailable at launch. Scheduled start time determines the rate. Weekend and evening increases do not stack. All charges are agreed before dispatch; appointments are subject to availability and applicable notarial requirements.
Know what to expect.
A deposit equal to 50% of the quoted travel charge is required before dispatch. The deposit is credited toward travel, not added to the total, and is not payment for a notarial act. Remaining travel and fees for acts actually performed are payable at the appointment.
Pay only through the secure payment instructions provided with your booking. Do not email or text card details. Accepted methods will be stated in your quote.
Arrive ready.
Have all required signers present, identification available for review, and complete documents ready. Confirm any independent witnesses and certificate instructions with the receiving organization or preparing attorney.
Confirm facility access. Check signing instructions before signing in advance. Peachmark does not provide legal advice or guarantee that notarization can be completed.

- Before dispatch: Free cancellation with a full refund.
- After dispatch / before arrival: 50% of agreed travel applies.
- After arrival / no-show: Full agreed travel applies, less the deposit.
No notarial fee for an unperformed act. See your booking agreement for complete terms.

These services are planned additions and are not available for booking at this time. Check this page for launch updates.

Peachmark Verification Services is based in Georgia. Travel is measured one way by road from our business base in 30252. Trips beyond 30 miles require a custom quote. See our rates and appointment hours below.
